Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide proof of the damage (photos) and your order number.
Order Cancellations and Changes:
Once an order has been placed, we start production almost immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after the order has been processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect the issue with your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
